Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are available for tenant use as part of their lease agreements. Nonprofit or community groups wishing to use the facilities may apply via the online booking system below. Spaces are available for NON-TENANTS on Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm only. If you have questions, contact Angela Chapman at 509-232-1950 ext 1 or 509-798-1655.
SARANAC Pub Roof Top
This is tenant space only! Roof top max. occupancy to 49 people. This space is to be cleaned at the end of your event and the trash taken to the bins in the alleyway. A $100 fee will be attached if the space is left unclean for the next guests.
SARANAC 2nd Floor Large Conference Room
Conference room will seat up to 15 people.
SARANAC 2nd Floor Small Conference Room
Small Conference Room seats 6-8 people.
SARANAC 3rd Floor Learning Studio
Largest conference room. Holds up to 30 people. 60 inch smart TV available for interface. This space is to be cleaned at the end of your event and the trash taken to the bins in the alleyway. A $100 fee will be attached if the space is left unclean for the next guests.

COMMUNITY BUILDING Lobby
Forum style with space for a podium and rows of chairs Max occupancy is 85 in an informal setting. This is public space and a walkway must be allowed for visitors to access the elevators. This space is to be cleaned at the end of your event and if food is provided the trash taken to the bins in the alleyway. A $100 fee will be attached if the space is left unclean for the next guests.
